
Reformer Pilates
The reformer provides support and resistance, allowing you to train in a controlled, intense, and targeted manner. The possibilities are endless: from flowing, powerful sequences to creative variations that challenge you time and time again.
Each class is a full-body workout focusing on strength, stability, and length, with attention to breathing, flow, and precision. You will work with various tools such as the power circle, ball, weights,… to create extra variety and challenge.
Our Reformer classes are ladies only by default, with a few mixed classes in which men are also welcome. We offer three different levels:
Level 1 – All levels & Beginners
Ideal for anyone starting Pilates or wanting to refine their technique.
We recommend beginners always start with this level, as it calmly and clearly explains the basics and how to use the reformer. A balanced class in which you build strength, control, and flow.
Level 2 – Regular Classes
For those who already have experience and are ready for more of a challenge.
The pace is faster, the sequences are more dynamic, and we work creatively with props for extra variety and energy.
Level 3 – Intermediate Classes
For advanced practitioners looking for intensity and precision.
These sessions require control and endurance and are the ultimate challenge. Participation is recommended in consultation with your instructor.
Gentle classes
A slower-paced reformer class inspired by classical Pilates, with a focus on mobility, controlled strength building, and personal guidance.
These classes are ideal for women who prefer a calmer pace, are returning after a break, recovering from an injury or pregnancy, or want to gradually build strength and mobility in a safe and supportive way.




Mat Pilates
In our Mat Pilates classes, we offer powerful, energetic workouts that focus on control, precision, and conscious movement, designed to strengthen, sculpt, and challenge your body.
During this class, you will work with your own body weight to activate deep muscle groups, improve your posture, and build a strong, stable core.
The combination of classic sequences and creative flows creates a dynamic workout that beautifully balances technique, strength, and tempo.
We use props such as balls, rings, and weights to add extra variety, intensity, and fun, so you are challenged and feel progress every time.
Mat Pilates at Fuse is energetic, technical, and refined: a workout that sculpts your body and strengthens your control.
Mat Pilates is suitable for all levels.
Beginners and advanced practitioners train together, with adjustments and options that make each exercise accessible or more challenging, so that everyone can become stronger in a safe and effective way.
